Default Cannot accept appointment/meeting request from device

- Wireless Synchronization is enabled
- Device has been switched to a new one (with OS 4.5)
- User has been moved to another BES (same BlackBerry domain)
- User has been removed from BES, DBClean run (nothing found), Added to another BES (same BlackBerry domain), and Reactivated

The appointments or meeting requests are coming in as plain text. Wireless synchronization is working on the calendar (the appointment shows up on her device). No other users are having this issue.

The log lines for the message, with errors are:

Code:

I'm guessing here, but it wouldn't be a permission thing, would it?

Also, in her client (Outlook or Notes, or whatever she is using), it shows correct, and she can accept/decline it?

Have you regenerated the encryption key from the device?

Not a permissions issue with regards to the account, from what I can see (nothing else would work). Regenerating key doesn't work.

Mailbox move to another Exchange server resolved the issue.
