Default Meeting Invite One-Way Sync

I am running BES 4.5 and Exchange 2007, I have 20 users on BES. I am being told that when a user have a meeting invite that they respond to from Outlook, the request still shows up on there Blackberry. Is there a simple why for the invite to sync with the mailbox/calendar entery and the blackberry? This also seems to only be an issue "one way" if a meeting invite is answered via the Blackberry the sync seems to work.

What version of BES are you running? BES 4.5 does not exist; perhaps 4.1 SP5?

If you look on the Calendar on the HH is the meeting listed as accpted?

How long are you waiting between acceptance within Outlook and looking on the handheld? Does the same thing happen if you use OWA to accept the meeting?
