Default Are the reported times in seconds?

Can someone confirm or point me to an official source that indicates that the reporting is measured in seconds?
When I run a Message flow report I get the following headers:
Server User EntryID RefID AGT Tag Disp Tag Total Time Server Time Posted Mail Del/Sent Queue 1 Queue out Sending Disp Recv Router Recv Router Del Disp Del Agt Status Status time Retry CNT Discovery Path Pending Type
Are all the results listed under time in seconds? Also does the total time in this case record the amount of time the message was on the BES infrastructure?

Total time is TOTAL time; end to end ... mailbox to device. Time is in seconds - KB15346-How to track messages through the BlackBerry Enterprise Server using the BlackBerry Message Flow Reporting Tool
