Default Bes 4.1.6.9 and Service Pack

Hi all,
we have to install bes sp7 and exchange sp2.
Which is the order to install the two service pack ?
We have to re-install the ESM ?
Which benefict can do sp7?
Bes version 4.1.6.9 on windows 2003 sp2

Install Exchange 2003 SP2 first (make sure you apply any additional CDO MAPI/CDO hotfixes that you've applied on your Exchange servers too) and then install BES 4.1 SP7. You will not have to reinstall ESM; you're just patching it.

Check out the Releases Notes for Exchange BES 4.1 SP7 to see what is new / changed / fixed.
