Default Re-install ESM and re-create MAPI profile

Hi all,
i've to re-install Exchange System Manager and re-create MAPI profile on my bes server.
Which steps i've to follow to do this operation ?
My plan was to stops blackberry services and re-install ESM and re-create MAPI profile.
I've to do other steps ?
My bes version is 4.1.6.9 on windows 2003 sp2

Welcome to the forum.

What version of Exchange are you running? 2003, 2007, or both? And if both, which server is the svc-besadmin account on?

I just did this same thing last week as our svc-besadmin account was moved from 2003 to 2007.

i don't have to migrate from exchange 2003 to 2007, i just want to "restore" our bes server funtionality, nowaday we have to reboot it about every 3 hours because it stops to works
Finding on forums i've found some people with the same problem, and they resolved it re-installing the ESM console end re-creating the MAPI profile.
But i haven't find any procedure about theese operations...

Stop BES services and set to manual and uninstall ESM
I like to reboot after
Install ESM and Exchange SP2 if needed.

what errors / events are you seeing? anything in the CTRL or ALRT log that you'd care to post?
