Default MailStore Error

Running BES 5.0 MR3, Windows 2008 SP2, SQL 2005 SP3. This is a new implemetation for about 80 users. I'm encountering errors on some of the client when attempting to setup folder redirections in the BES Admin Console.
The error I get
"A mailstore error was encountered while attempting to save the users redirection settings."
The error occurs when I attempt to save the redirection changes.
Anyone have any idea's?

Your problem sounds like a permission issue. With which account are you logged in on the BAS?

According to the compatibility matrix (BlackBerry - BlackBerry Enterprise Server Compatibility) SP2 for Windows Server 2008 is not supported with BES 5.0.0. You need need SP1. But be aware that there are some issues with BES 5.0 SP1 bundle 72. You need to use bundle 70, which is available for download at blackberry.com.

I corrected the issue, one of the users had some old Intellisync Contacts that were corrupted. This corruption caused the save issue. Deleted the contacts, deleted the user, wiped the handheld and reactivated the device. The issue is gone we can now set the redirects and save them without error.
Thanks for the assist.
p.s. KB19319 is a good article for future reference.
