Overview

<content> When a BlackBerry smartphone user receives a meeting request, the meeting organizer receives the following message:
<Service Account> has accepted on behalf of <User>

Cause

<content> The Send As permissions are not set correctly.
</content>

Resolution

Set the Send As permissions at the Domain or Organizational Unit level by completing the following steps:
  1. Login with an account that has Domain Administrator or Enterprise Administrator permissions.
  2. Open the Exchange Management Shell.
  3. Type the following command to set Send As permissions at the Domain or Organizational Unit level:

    Add-ADPermission <DN of Domain or OU> -User <Domain>\<username> -ExtendedRights send as -InheritedObjectType user
