Overview

Warning: The following procedure requires modifying the computer registry. This can cause substantial damage to the Windows® operating system. Document and back up the existing registry entries prior to implementing any changes.

4.Right-click on the Profiles folder and select "Export". Give this backup file a name and save it. Once the BlackBerry Enterprise Server is back up and running properly, this file can be deleted.
5. Right-click on the Profiles folder and select "Delete". Click 'Yes' when prompted to confirm deletion of this key and its subkeys.
