KB16132 - Determine the BlackBerry State Database for a BlackBerry smartphone user
Environment
- BlackBerry® Enterprise Server 4.0 and later for IBM® Lotus® Domino®
Overview
To determine a BlackBerry smartphone user's BlackBerry state database filename based on the BlackBerry smartphone user's display name, complete the following steps:
- Within the IBM Lotus Domino console or IBM® Lotus Notes® client, go to File > Database > Open.
- Within the Look In field, select the BlackBerry smartphone user's BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
- In the Folder List, go to BES > State. A list of BlackBerry smartphone users will be displayed.
- Select a BlackBerry smartphone user within the window.
To determine which BlackBerry smartphone user a BlackBerry state database belongs to, perform one of the following:
- In an IBM Lotus Notes client, open the BlackBerry state database .
- Click User Info view.
OR
- Open the BlackBerry Agent Log file.
- Search for the BlackBerry state database. Note: The BlackBerry Enterprise Server database should be located at C:\Lotus\Domino\Data\BES\state\
