My casual observations: Florida is ranked too high. Oklahoma is ranked a tad too low. Texas is ranked too high. Boise State and TCU start one spot lower than they did last year (4th and 6th in 2009, respectively) and will still not see a birth in the big game. Nebraska looks poised to make a decent run from their ranking position. North Carolina is ranked too high. Pittsburgh is ranked too high. Penn State is ranked too high in a rebuilding year. Arkansas is ranked too low. Georgia is ranked too high. Auburn is ranked slightly lower than expected. West Virginia is better than a 24th position. It looks like SMU received a vote (...and someone is trying to copy Steve Spurrier).
