Default Manage Multiple Users from CSV File

Hi,

I need to move users from a large user group (600 users) to smaller subgroups (100 users). How do you use the manage multiple users from a CSV file in the BlackBerry Admin Console? What format does the list of users need to be in?

Cheers.

I think found the answer:
KB21981-How to format the user import CSV file when managing users from the BlackBerry Administration Service

I will update the thread. I couldn't find this KB before but found it tonight.

The import user list works in this format and save it as a CSV:

User Id
1460
11
23
1516
1559

You cannot use the Display name or email address, something that is more intuitive than the User ID.

Hi MaxT,

I had some problems with this previously.

Currently I use the DisplayName or Email address and query the BES database via powershell to get the BES UserID's for when Im having to Manage multiple users via CSV.

If you think they are useful to you I will post the details.
