I have just installed BES5 on a Win03 Server which is talking to an MS SBS2003 Server (Exchange 2003) and all was well until I tried to activate a handseld 8520. I can pull users from the MS Windows AD through into the BES server and send the exchange user an enterprise activation code via Exchange. I can run BBSRPTEST.EXE and get successfull results. I can send blackbery messenger messages from the device to other blackberry devices on different BES server, but when it comes to enterprise activation....no go. Can anyone point me in the right direction as to where to go?

Have you confirmed with the carrier that the device s properly provisioned for BES and not just BIS?
