It´s common that Lotus mail-, calendar-, en task items synchronize with the BlackBerry device of our employee´s. By all of the BlackBerry devices that´s what happens, except one….......................

For me it´s impossible turn on the wireless sync for Tasks on the BlackBerry device. I don´t see the option to select wireless sync by the task option menu on de BlackBerry device.

Domino 7.0.3 op BES 4.1.6.21 BlackBerry Bold 9000 4.6.0.147

Done: New mailfile, new BES profile, new OS on device and another new device , other SIM card could´t solve the problem…

Any idea?

Do all these functions work for a different user on this device?

When you removed / readded the user did their state database get purged too?
