I'm on a BES,

what's the best advice to give to a user that have "old" email stated unread on the BB and read into is outlook box ?

all settings are ok but you know, it always happend. Even with a "forced" sync over the usb cable they are still unread, even with "mailbox win"

anyone have an idea ?

Does this happen for new messages on the device as well, or are you just trying to reconcile the old messages?

In simpler terms, is this an ongoing problem?

Is Wireless Reconciliation enabled on the handheld and BES account?

well, I always had that problem with a lot of users including me.

my handheld is entreprise activated since few month (I've changed phone )

let's say today
few email are still set to unread on handhelp as I read them on my local outlook. Even if I force a reconcile now "few" don't sync

wireless message reconciliation is enabled

but hard deletes reconciliation is set to false...
I don't understand of this last option, maybe it can help me ? Even if I try to synchronize with the desktop manager, it doesn't change anything
