Time to get me a MacBook ... yeah, thats it.

That said, it is about time ... gotta compete with that pesky iPhone a little bit.

Billions of anguished Mac users rejoice tonight.

The other 93% of computer users yawn

Well, that's how they represent themselves. I got carried away. Dozens, perhaps?

I will let you know how it works when released. I am not a Mac convert, but part of a 'Mac in the enterprise' pilot at work.

The pilot is actually kind of a joke so far. They gave me a new MacBook Pro but I can't authenticate to AD, Safari crashes when accessing our proxy, no office suite, and no Lotus Notes yet. But it surfs the web mighty fine at home!

And it looks cool, which is important, apparently. And I bet iTunes runs great on it.

The BB Desktop Software for Mac works great - and does everything that Missing Sync and BB Media Sync does, only better. However, there is no enterprise functionality (serial bypass, enterprise activation, redirector, email settings, etc.) which really blows if you are like me and use your Mac in a work environment with BES.

Baby steps! I would not be surprised if additional functionality will come with future releases. They probably just wanted to get something out there that replaced the previous functionality before adding new features.
