Default Cannot activate a device

I have a problem activating an 8900.
It seems that the device sends the activation email but I receive it after HOURS.
All started after I upgraded to 4.6.1.250.

Anyone can help me, please?

Thanks a lot.

Are you a BES Admin?
What mail platform and BES version are you using?
If you put in a different email address into the Enterprise Activation field do you receive that activation email quickly? (This is actually a good test to see if you're on a proper data plan ... I do the test with my gmail account)
Do you have spam filters in place on your mail system?
Does anyone else have this problem?
What carrier are you with?

Yes I'm a BES admin. I'm using Exchange 2003 and BES 4.1.6. I already checked that email is not catched by antispam. I have this problem only this time. The mail generate this error when received by BES (hours after the activation on device):

Old OTAKEYGEN packet is cancelled.

I tried with my gmail account and I received the mail immediately.

I solved the problem by sending the activation mail to another mailbox. It seems that RIM servers cannot reach in time the servers hosting my primary mailboxes.
