Hi - we use Boxtone to monitor our BES and this sent me a SRP alert just after 7am this morning. I logged into our BES and noticed that the SRP status was indeed having a problem, call then logged with RIM - spoke to the call centre in Singapore, all they would say is that he couldn't access the link.
9am the BES got its SRP connection back, quick call to RIM for an update but no information
Second time this has happened over the past few weeks - although not good, it does at least justify to my bosses that we need to keep boxtone if they want an instant alert. Also justifies my job
if anyone gets any further info as to what the problem was, would appreciate it as I need to compile an incident report
