Hi bbhorrigan....I actually noticed this happening sometime last week....initially I thought it was a problem with my network but when I tried accessing the site from home, I got the same problem...I couldn't even download any device software from the site to do updates...
I rarely have issues with the BTSC, although I rarely use it, to be honest. If it's slow, it typically doesn't work at all for me. I really wish RIM would learn to manage their website better than they do their NOCs. Oh wait, I went there, didn't I?
It looks like they've been making some changes as the URL for the BTSC homepage (in the UK) has changed from the bookmark I've been using for the past few months.
