access denied ssl error

Default access denied ssl error

Good afternoon all -

I have a user connected to our BES 4.0 (yes, I know, old!), and she gets a popup on her BlackBerry, constantly.

The message is: "access denied insufficient SSL". This doesn't matter whether her BlackBerry BOLD 9900 is just sitting idle, or it she tries to open an application.

Any idea how to resolve this?

Under the TLS option uncheck the Enabled option under Proxy TLS to see if that works.
