Default 3rd party downloads and unlisted apps BES 5.0

I have a client where they push out two in house apps to all users. They want to prevent 3rd party downloads. In my test environment when I change the IT Policy to disallow 3rd party downloads the two apps that get push are removed and subsequently cannot be push unless I change the IT Policy back.

I can set the disposition for unlisted apps to disallowed but that removes all apps not specified in the software config even Facebook and twitter even though they are RIM signed apps.

So i do not want to specific all the apps that are allowed because I will have to update the software config whenever there is a new release for FB or twitter.

Is there any middle road? or a way to disallow 3rd party downloads with allowing my two apps to be pushed?

Thanks....
