Default BB User delete pending state

Hello,

I'm having a problem, i can't add a user after deleting it first.

Message:
user "XXXXX" is in delete pending state on server "XSERVERX", please recover the user before adding user to server

I waited 30 min before i tried to add the user again.

What i've tried:
- Restart Groupwise Service
- Clear & sync adresboek
- Server restart
- script to find user in the database

(we have no tab of "delete pending user" in our BB manager.

Nothing above will help, even our support don't know (yet) what to do..

Anybody here got some idea's?

Hi, i've had the same problem that i solved with the support that sends to me a sql query to delete pending requests on BES' DB.

3. 1>use BESMgmt
4. 2>go

We tried that, but the user was not found.

PS is this usable when using groupwise?

Perform the following to remove users in a delete pending state...

- In the BAS, click Manage Users
- In the search window, click View More Criteria or Advanced to display additional search options
- Under Email Criteria, set Queued Removal of BlackBerry Services to Yes and click Search

Users in the delete pending state will display. Click on the user and the next screen will give you the option to immediately purge the user. After purging the user, you can re-add the user to the BES.
