Tracking a possible contacts sync problem?
Hey folks,
I'm new here.
I have a user on a very light-weight BES installation that is unsure whether her contacts are all syncing correctly.
I have been trying to work with her remotely, but it's been tough. Ultimately, I think I'm going to have to get the device in my hand and see if contacts edits/additions/deletes go back and forth.
But then I wondered: I have access to the user's Exchange mailbox. Could I make a change and then peruse the BES logs to find out whether the changes were pushed to the device?
Any help is appreciated.
