Hi,
I am a newbie to blackberry. My collegaue got a new blackberry curve 9300 phone. We enabled his blackberry enterprise services and then started off the blackberry enterprise activation part. It started off and then has ended up only syncing his emails. If I go the enterprise sync option, it still keeps saying (Intializing)..... for the last 2 days.
I have tried to stop the sync, could not find a way. But I am given to update that there's no way to stop it and re-start it. The only way is to format the phone and re-start all over again...
Please help on what i need to do....
