I've got a a user (second one I've seen) that their inbox on their BB only shows SMS, not theier email. It's as if, ALT + S was pressed and you can't back out of it. The message indicator still shows new and unread email for the user and I can compose an email from the user's BB and get it. Anyone else seen this? For the last user we just wiped their BB and reloaded it, but since this is the second user to have this happen I'd like to see if there is and easier option (especially since a CAC sled is paired with it as well and I don't want to go through that again).

What version of OS code? in 6.0, ensure in e-mail / options / inbox management they have checkmarks in the e-mail accounts they want to appear in the inbox itself.

Turns out (per RIM) that this can occur if under the IT Policy SMS is disabled (which removes it from the menu) and the user has a SMS or receives a SMS and replies to it. Since SMS is disabled, the bb replies via email and the inbox app switches to show only SMS. I corrected it on our user by enabling SMS in the IT Policy and rebooting the bb, after reboot I disabled SMS again.
