Unable to Activate devices on new Express installation
Hi , I have been struggling for a few weeks with our new BES Express 5.0.1 installation.
Whenever I try to activate a device the email including the .dat attachment remains in the users Outlook mailbox.
If I do a test with the IEMSTest tool, I get the results shown below in red. (CDO COM Exception fails).
The services originally were running under the domain admin account however I have changed the services to now run under the BESAdmin account however im struggling to get the Blackberry Mail Store Service to run under the BESAdmin account as this fails to start. This is still running as the domain admin account.
Im not sure how relevent it is but I have a lot of Kerberos errors in the logs.
Any help greatfully appreaciated.
Just to give a little information on the setup we use:
