Cant edit contacts after enterprise activation

Default Cant edit contacts after enterprise activation

I have 5 users now (all in the last few weeks) who can't activate any address book contact on the BlackBerry after an enterprise activation. If we wipe the device everything works perfectly until we activate the account again. We have tried updating the OS, replacing the device, and even deleted and recreated the BES account/state database.

BES 4.1.7
Domino 8.0.x

Any suggestions?
