Please, please, please can anyone save my sanity?
I have been Using LogMeIn Rescue for a while and love it. My Blackberry fleet has increased to the point I thought maybe the LMI Rescue+Mobile would aide my device support.
I opened a trial LMI R+Mobile account and spoke to the LMI Support helpdesk to see how to role this out via BES 5.0.2. They advised me to deploy ‘LMI Mobile’ through BES Admin and not straight to the handset. I followed all the BES guidance and LMI guidance to the letter and it will not work.
It Deploys to the Devices imbeds a Blue Cross LMI Rescue Mobile icon, when you select the icon to request support it says Starting Application…
“LogMeIn Rescue failed to get the required permissions. Applet will now exit”

I have rolled it out to 2 Blackberry’s – BBStorm2 9520/BBPearl8100, both have up to date software on them. Yet they both experience the same problem.
I have looked at this till I’m blue in the face and cannot resolve it via any website I have come across. Has anyone else experienced this problem and were able to resolve it?
Is there a place where you can get policies already setup so they can be imported in to BES 5.0?
