Default Administration Service won't load in browser

I have just finished installing BES express 5.0.2 in a Microsoft Exchange 2007 environment with SQL express 2005

The install went fine with no errors. I came in the next day to configure and test the server. When I go to open the admin service or web desktop manager I get "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage"

Below is the errors I noticed in CSERVER_BBAS-NCC_01_20100928_0005.txt

If any more information is required please feel free to ask. I am new to BES and port 3101, your patience and assistance is much appreciated.

Hi,

Looks you are using statick port with named instance with DB mirroring option. If you want to use DB mirroring, you must use default port 1433 and use default SQL instance.

Remove the DB mirroring options, so you will be able to access BAS.
