I have 2 servers, one is BES 5.1 and the other is BESx. I am logging PIN, Phone, and SMS information and on the BES can see them in the 'c$\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerry Enterprise Server\Logs' files as .CSV files. However on the BESx server it does not have the .CSV files as on the other server. Is this a setting somewhere I am missing or is this a BESx limitation?

BESx doesn't have those logging capabilities.
