BYOD - Bring Your Own Device - I.E. Allowing an end user to use their personal device on a corporate BES.

We've been beginning to allow this recently and our policy when they leave is that the device is wiped. THe problem is that when you do a wipe (remote or on device) the IT policy remains on the device sooo... if you disable features an end user wants to use they're stuck with em

I know if I add the user to an policy with no settings enforced before I remove user from bes/wipe the device it works around it. I was wondering how the bunch of you deal with removing BYOD devices from your servers.
