Default BES 5.0 monitor not tracking Device count

Ever since I installed SP1 mr3 the BES monitor will not show the "Devices contacted" (15, and 30 min) counts and the "Activated Devices" count.

Currently BES 5.0.2 (Bundle 36). No hardware or new software was added (apart from Microsoft patches). This used to work perfectly.

And ideas would be greatly appreciated.

How many of your users have actual data? Sounds like it is not polling the database right. Try restarting the SNMP services on the BES, and then restarting all of the monitoring services on the BES monitoring server.

Since this started happening, all servers have been rebooted multiple times.
I was hoping that the installation of SP2 would fix the issue. It has not.

Talking What was the fix for this??

BES 5.0.2, Exch 2003, Device Contact times (15 + 60) are both blank.
I HAVE accurate users, devices, failed to start, CAL's and CAL's used.
Thank You!
Tom

A colleague of mine fixed it while looking at something else. I believe it had to do with the SNMP setup and firewall ports. I'm afraid I can't be of more help, but hopefully this will point you in the right direction.

Thanks for the prompt reply, Tim!
This is a weird one... The Device Contact Time (15 or 60) is a hit or miss value in my case. One out of every 5 or 10 tries (completely closing and opening a new browser) the data is there. I have restarted all BES services, as well as the SNTP service after reading this blog.
My install of 5.0.2 is a clean one from the start.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks!
