We just moved most of our users from Exchange 2003 to 2010 (including the BES Admin account).
Since then most of the time blackberry users are unable to reply to other exchange users from their device. It does
appear they can reply to external emails just fine.
On the blackberry they get a red X and an "Unlisted Message Error"
BES Version 5.0.2.28
Exchange 2010 with Update Rollup 4
ExchangeMapi version 6.5.8153.0
I have ran all the Powershell permissions commands several times
Send-As is set at the domain level.
BesAdmin is not a Domain Admin.
Client Throttling is disabled.
