Hi All,

I have a strange problem while migrating a user from 4.1 to 5.0 using the Blackberry Transporter tool.

I have a user with 2 blackberry accounts, 1 on our BES in London and 1 in zurich. I accidently transported the wrong account to our new BES 5. Now when I try and transport the correct account. The transporter just skips the account???

I have checked manually on the BESMgmt database on BES 5 and he does not appear in there or in the Administration Service. So I cant see any trace of him on the new server.

Has anyone else experienced this problem. A solution would be much appreciated.

Try creating a new BET manifest, configure db settings, and then move the user.
