BES 5.0.2 cannot store signature

Default BES 5.0.2 cannot store signature

Hi everyone,

we're running a BES 5.0.2 with Lotus Domino 8.5.1. Problem is that we cannot enter the signature, that is appended to every mail to some of our users. Unfortunately we can save the signature for some users and cannot for others.

For those that don't work, it's like we enter the signature and after clicking "Save all" it only says "The request could not be completed"

Does anybody else have the problem?

I'm having the same issue. Have you found a resolution? I'm pretty close to opening a ticket with RIM, but I'd prefer to fix it myself.

that's what we did in the meantime. They wanted to have a lot of logs etc. and them came up with a SQL script that fixed it for us.

But RIM said we can't give it away to others

So I think you have to open that ticket.

Default signature for blackberry

Hi There
we have had a call open with RIM for weeks, they only gave us an answer to remove the service books. We showed them this link and they were clueless. May we have the ticket number you had with RIM so they can reference that?

Hi DianeMendonca,

sorry I can't because we didn't open the case directly. The customer did it himself and I can't get the case number. Although I may not give away the SQL script itself, I'll post a short excerpt of it here. Hope this helps.
