Ok, we have BES 5.0 and Exchange 2007. We have a mix of Tmobile Blackberry 9700 and Verizon Bold 9650's. We have some users on 9700's only and randomly get deplicate calendar entries on their device, not in Outlook. They claim that when meetings are changed or updated, this happens. If they pull the battery or run the "RSET" command, they go away, but duplicates will appear again, usually the next day. Any idea's?

For the most obvious question, what are the CDO versions for both BES and Exchange? For a less obvious question, are these calendar appointments recurring with no end date? These seem to be the problem children within our organization (and it's not like users have ever really been coached to add end dates to recurring meetings, as it is common practice to simply cancel/delete them when the purpose is no longer useful). Also, do you have any iOS devices deployed using ActiveSync (also a big source of our calendaring issues)?
