Default Unable to login to BAS from standby instance

Hi.. I'm unable to login to Administration service from standby instaces in the BB domain. Getting "The username, password, or domain is not correct. Please correct the entry" error. No issues from Primary instances. Any idea?? BES 5.0.2.
Following lines for BES-AS logs.

Can you log into the primary instance? Also are you using AD authentication to log in or the administration service?

Also, is your HA server in a different subnet than the primary? If so you need to enable TCPPing

I seem to be getting this error more and more.
I have to log into the HA server first...stop the BAS-AS services, there are two.
Log into the Primary and perform the same task.
Then restart the services on the primary, then the services on the HA.
RIM has not been able to answer my question on why this is happening even though I have TCPPING enabled.

Seeing the exact same issue here. Getting very tiring having to stop and restart the BAS every time we want to do some basic administration. Have you found any answers yet?
