BMS not generating reports
How long does it take to generate reports, anyway? I try to create a quick report (All users) and the interface stops responding. After a while (several minutes), I get logged out due to session time-out and then I can't log back into the web interface (it just doesn't respond).
In order to bring the interface back online, I have to restart all the BMS services and wait for a little while. Then I can log back in, but I have no generated reports to view.
Any one else have this issue? I need to start generating reports and there is no other aspect of BES that can do that.
