BMS not generating reports

Default BMS not generating reports

How long does it take to generate reports, anyway? I try to create a quick report (All users) and the interface stops responding. After a while (several minutes), I get logged out due to session time-out and then I can't log back into the web interface (it just doesn't respond).

In order to bring the interface back online, I have to restart all the BMS services and wait for a little while. Then I can log back in, but I have no generated reports to view.

Any one else have this issue? I need to start generating reports and there is no other aspect of BES that can do that.

I use BMS every day and it takes a minute or two to generate the report. Nothing of mine freezes however. You may want to make sure that all services are running on the BMS side, and also that it has the appropriate permissions
