Post BES Enterprise Service Policy for handheld models.

How do I modify the Enterprise Service Policy to allow only specific model numbers on the BES?

What version and platform of BES?
Assuming Exchange and BES 5, you can start here:

On the Global tab, click edit Properties
Click Enterprise Service Policy

Try to configure the necessary properties.........not just the model button, but ALL the buttons are grayed out!!!

Why is that?

Are you logging into BlackBerry Manager as the BES service account, or an account with the necessary permissions to make changes to Enterprise Service Policy?

Is Enterprise Service Policy enabled yet, or you can't even get that far?

I'm logged in under my Admin account. I'm on a closed network, but should I check the BES permission rights?

Yes, the Enterprise Service Policy enabled.
