Couldn't help but chuckle when a ticket was escalated to me today. The help desk person included the following information:
Cellular Provider: VERIZON
BlackBerry Model #: WORLD ADDITION 8830

At least they spelled Verizon correctly. I usually see it spelled Verison.

I think the device spell check actually changes Verizon to version!
