I'm troubleshooting some issues for a client using BES 5 and Exchange 2010 in a test environment. While i'm just beginning to work on this for a client I know they have the CAS sitting behind an F5 loadbalancer and configured for CASArray. I can't find anything from RIM on if this is supported or not.

Has anyone seen or know anything around this?

Yes it should work. We have a similiar setup running here.
You need to make sure, that DNS for the Loadbalancer is setup correctly (especially reverse lookup). If you enter the hostname or alias in the MAPI profile, it should be correctly resolved. You also need to make sure that at least 8147 of MAPI CDO is installed - we had issues with anything lower than 8147.
