Default BES 5 SP2 for exchange...

I've heard through the rumor mill that SP2's release is "iminent" anyone have any more info... i.e. days, weeks, months?

i downloaded the gold release from the beta zone and installed in my lab. all seems good tho i cant get the sso for bas working.

BAS SSO was much easier than MDS SSO. I did create new service accounts for each. One thing to note is that SSO will not work on the BES itself. You have to test from another machine on the domain. Also the URL to use is http://bas/webconsole/login. Using any other url will NOT work.

I think you mean right-click... and that was already added in SP1 and improved upon with subsequent MRs for SP1

** right-click sorry. And yes your right! I've been wrapped up in 4.1.7 lately in my test network.. I will do the 5.0.2 setup tomorrow though - Just saw on BB Universe, not only do they have the upgrader, but also the installer.

Soo.. Finally support for Mozilla FireFox (3.6), Google Chrome (4.0), & Safari (4, on computers that run Mac OS)!

Few other cool things that's new in the SP2 but I think it's best if I wait till they officially release it .. (Build the suspense)

"besx_upgrader_5[1].0.2.exe" which is available for download is not only an upgrader. It is bundled with BES 5.0. I have installed and exploring now..
