Default Is there any way to change character encoding of PIN, SMS, Phone log CSV files?

I am trying to collect & parse logs from BES log files namely the PIN, SMS & Phone Call logs for parsing purposes.
But the CSV files are in Unicode format. The line endings are a mix of UNIX (LF) & Windows/DOS (CR-LF) format which is not compatible with my collection tool.
I am trying to get the files in ANSI format which I hope would have uniform line endings.

I probably didn't get the right BES service component to change the logging settings for these CSV files.

Any ideas on this?

Thanks for the help!

I'm pretty sure no

If you need to parse try Microsoft Log Parser.
