Hi,

I am trying to collect & parse logs from BES log files namely the PIN, SMS & Phone Call logs for parsing purposes.
But the CSV files are in Unicode format. The line endings are a mix of UNIX (LF) & Windows/DOS (CR-LF) format which is not compatible with my collection tool.
I am trying to get the files in ANSI format which I hope would have uniform line endings.

I probably didn't get the right BES service component to change the logging settings for these CSV files.

Any ideas on this?
