Default Free/Busy

Hello,

I'am currently face with a problem with free/busy lookup on handheld.
We have BES 5.0.1 MR2 installed with Exchange 2007.

We have an exchange architecture with 3 CMS and 1 public folder replicated on a second.

I verify all permission (sendas, receiveas, ms-exch-store-admin and view only administrator) and free/busy doesn't work.

As, BES act like an outlook 2003 client when trying to access public folder, I configure and Outlook 2003 client to work with BESadmin. When I try to view availability, with outlook 2003, no problem. But it still not working with handheld.

Does anybody have an idea?

Thank's for your help.

To permit BlackBerry device users to check the availability of meeting participants in BlackBerry® Device Software 4.5 or later, configure the Schedule+ Free/Busy information for the system public folder. For more information, visit Microsoft TechNet: Resources for IT Professionals to read articles 629523 and 691129.

Did you give these a review?

Thank's hdawg.

Yes, my exchange administrator have check that the Schedule+ information is well configured and replicated. No problem on this side.
I will have a check on the permissions given to BESAdmin on the public folder.

I wonder if it isn't easier to use Exchange Web Services. Gets around the need for Public Folders completely. Have to be at Exchange 2007 Sp1 though.

everything is technical here because it is a forum for server admins/engineers/architects. If you're not a BES Admin this probably isn't the right place for you.
