Hi Everyone,

I'm trying to create a Custom BES Management Role that can allow a helpdesk admin to do the following:

• Perform all of the actions of the pre-defined "User Only Administrator"
• Manage BES CALs

So I logged in as a security administrator and, made a copy of the User Only Administrator Role and added the following
Topology

• View a Component
• View Licence Keys
• Edit Licence Keys

And now we can view licence keys but can't edit. I don't want to give them teh ability to manage a component, just to add BES CALs, any thoughts?

remove the "view license keys" and just leave "edit license keys" does that work?
