Default Emails not reconciling

Hi Guy's

I have a customer who has one users who's BlackBerry will not reconcile read messages. All other users are OK.

They have;

BES 4.1.7
Exchange 2007 SP1
CDO /MAPI tool 6.5.8131

We have tried re-activating the device to no avail.

It looks like it could be a MAPI issue but i don't understand why it's only affecting one user.

I am seeing the following erros over and over again in the MAGT log

[40719] (05/05 01:42:26.494):{0xDCC} {user.email} GetFolderIDFromList No folder ID in list for EntryID
[40599] (05/05 01:42:26.494):{0xDCC} {user.email} GetNewMovedMessages - Could not find folder entry id in folder list for RefId=-1140075142

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Is it only read marks that don't reconcile? do deletions / moves / sent messages reconcile?

What HH & OS does the user have?

Default Reconciliation

Nothing seems to reconcile, it seems to be an issue with Cached exchange mode being used, if you put outlook into on-line mode this resolves the issue. But all the other users in the organisation are using cached mode without issue?

Close Outlook, delete the .OST file for the profile, and then open Outlook again.

It'll automatically recreate the OST.

Next thing I would do is try moving the mailbox. If everyone else has no problem then it has to be specific to this persons mailbox.
