Default Need to reinstall BES 50 to get configuration panel MMC

I have a situation where I have a 150 user BES 5.0 MR2 that works great. All the users are migrated to Exchange 2007 except BESadmin. HOwever, when i tried to move Besadmin i went to Blackberry Configuration Manager to change the MAPI destination from the 2003 server the 2007 server and got a message "Please launch setup.exe to complete the installation before launching the blackberry server configuration panel".

I think i have to backup the database, uninstall, then reinstall bberry 5 and then MR2. Should i back it up, run over the top, create a new "dummy database" and then import the backup or should i backup the databases(sql2005 express) uninstall, reinstall then point to the database.

Any suggestions would be appreciate
