Does anyone have any experience with installing Cisco Unified Mobility Advantage version 3.12 onto BES for Exchange 4.1.4.17? The shares are setup appropriately along with the software configuration being setup and configured.

I can deploy the app and assign a device configuration based upon the software configuration but if does not deploy to the assigned devices. When viewing the configuration, there is not a version number listed nor is there a delivery option listed. I have dropped the two files needed-.alx and .cod, but this is a "no go"

Please advise....
