I would like to know whether it is possible to find out who has received and who hasn't received yet some specific Browser Channel we push to our users by doing a search on the SQL Config Database.

This way I could run a script that automatically sends it only to those users who haven't received it yet or have deleted it.

Anyone knows where this information is stored in the DB?
