Default BES Express Problem

Hello

I just installed BES Express on my exchange 2010 server

when I try and send the activation email to to user it does not arrvie i the users mail box

any ideas why it would do this?

Does any SPAM-Engine block the Activation Mail?
Set *@*.blackberry.net to the whitelist.

when I try to activate the device I get the email from RIM with the DAT file

when I generate the acivation password to be sent to the user that is that email I do not seem to get in the users mailbox

I think u did not set the right Exchange permissions.
