Default Manage Users Problem

I recently installed 5.0.1 MR1. I have 6 users that I can't access in BAS. When I click on the Display Name or PIN, the screen just goes back to the manage users list. They are getting mail and PIM synchs okay. All of my users were migrated from 4.1.7 via the Transporter.

No similarity that I can find. 8330, 9530, 8350i, 8330m. Different devices and carriers. Others with these same devices and carriers are able to be managed w/o issue.

Same mail server.
Different OU's in AD. Our dept's are in differnet OU's.
Not hidden from GAL.

We're opening a Tsupport ticket with RIM now to see if they have an idea.

I know this was a few months ago, but how did you resolve it. I had the same problem 2 weeks ago with 1 user. While waiting for response from RIM on the support ticket I opened on-line the issue resolved itself. I did not restart the server or anything that I am aware of. RIM had me send them the logs when I would click on the user but they found nothing from it.

RIM Support WebEx'd in yesterday to see what was happening. They asked us to send them the server logs. Still waiting for a response. Said it would take 24 to 48 hours. I'll post back the results when we get it resolved.
